Some duties include operating machinery on and off plant site, driving truck, maintenance, and handling material.

They will help select competent, working, lead candidates to assist them in all different operation areas; all the way from the field to the truck load out process for their shift. They are responsible for production flow, scheduling, and work in progress. Also, the safety of the employees, and quality of the product that is being produced. They are the representative of Prairie Fire to the employee and will coach them into a higher degree of leadership.
Production Personnel: Responsible for the various areas of operations as assigned by the production supervisor.
Truck Drivers: Responsible for their equipment, their load assignments, and other duties that will be assigned to them as needed.
Bookkeeper: Will operate and maintain scale operations and all supporting documentation with accurate and concise records of all monetary transactions.
