We are looking for family oriented individuals willing to relocate to the Western Kansas community of Healy, KS.

Healy is located 17 miles northwest of Dighton on Hwy 23 or 8 miles north of Scott City and 16 miles east of US 83.

Healy school offer grades K-12 in small classroom settings; giving your children more individual attention, yet staying with technology, the upper grades are assigned laptops for their use. The following positions will start at the opening of the coop with at least two shift operations depending on contracts provided.

Employees must have strong work ethic, team player, and willing to be diversified in position for pelleting biomass operations. Some duties include operating machinery on and off plant site, driving truck, maintenance, and handling material.

Production Supervisors:
They will lead, guide, and direct production personnel in a consistent manner. They will help select competent, working, lead candidates to assist them in all different operation areas; all the way from the field to the truck load out process for their shift. They are responsible for production flow, scheduling, and work in progress. Also, the safety of the employees, and quality of the product that is being produced.  They are the representative of Prairie Fire to the employee and will coach them into a higher degree of leadership.

Production Personnel:
Responsible for the various areas of operations as assigned by the production supervisor.

Truck Drivers:
Responsible for their equipment, their load assignments, and other duties that will be assigned to them as needed.

Bookkeeper:
Will operate and maintain scale operations and all supporting documentation with accurate and concise records of all monetary transactions. Perform payroll record keeping and all documentation to support payroll functions. Will assist the Administrative Assistant.
